Fall in Love with Fitness
It is that time of year again, the days are getting shorter and its getting a bit cooler outside. Perfect time to start learning how to love incorporating a fitness routine in your busy life. Typically in late fall/end of the year gyms offer great deals and incentives to join. (Keep in mind January is the busiest month in gyms due to new years resolutions but do not let that stop you). Many of the larger gyms offer great group fitness classes (including cardio, weight lifting, the ever popular Zumba and yoga). Another great thing to look for (typically can be found at any gym including the small 24 hour gyms; Snap Fitness and Anytime Fitness) are group bootcamp classes. Do not let the name scare you off. Typically these are classes of high energy weight lifting mixed with cardio intervals. Most have about 5-10 people in the class and the instrutor/trainer rotates around assisting each client. This is a great way to make some friends who share you new love for fitness as well as the classes tend to be much cheaper than private personal training sessions.
